Guided meditations focused on the chakras. Chakras are energy centers in our body and each has a different purpose or energy attached to them. Within the guided meditation there will be elements of color visualization, awareness of the body, and concepts such as feelings of grounded-ness and harmony.
After each Meditation there will be time for reflection through journaling, painting, drawing, or mindful walking through the art gallery. The meditation itself will generally be around 30 minutes long.
Meditation can be done seated on your yoga mat that you bring along, or on a chair that we provide.
