Water Carnival Kick Off with music provided by Sawyer’s Dream. Social host Historic Hutchinson will serve dessert and the Hutchinson Rotary will grill dinner. Water Carnival queen candidates will be announced along with the first clue of the medallion hunt. Kids activities provided by Wheel and Cog.
